By accessing or using the Enlightened Center “Tanweer” website or enrolling in any of its programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and refrain from enrolling immediately.

Tanweer Center is a licensed and registered Company with limited liability under the commercial laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Commercial Registration Number: 189834-1.

The following conditions apply to all enrollments:

◆  Registration is open to individuals of all nationalities, whether residing in Bahrain or abroad.

◆  Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to register independently. Individuals under 18 may enroll only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full legal responsibility for the minor's participation.

◆  Tanweer reserves the right to decline any enrollment application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

◆  Any age restrictions or eligibility requirements specific to a course will be clearly stated in that course's details prior to registration.

The following terms govern all course fees and payments:

◆  All course fees must be paid in full prior to accessing any course materials, unless a formal payment plan has been agreed upon in writing with Tanweer.

◆  All fees are stated in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise specified.

◆  Tanweer reserves the right to amend course fees at any time, provided that advance notice is given prior to any such change taking effect.

The following refund terms apply to all enrollments:

◆  Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

◆  No refund will be issued once course content has been accessed or downloaded, regardless of the cancellation date.

◆  Tanweer-initiated cancellations: If Tanweer cancels a course for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

◆  Reduced-fee or complimentary enrollments: Participants who enrolled at a discounted rate or at no cost are only eligible for reimbursement of the amount actually paid. No refund shall exceed the sum originally received by Tanweer.

◆  Force majeure and exceptional circumstances: In the event that in-person training cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond Tanweer's control — including but not limited to government directives, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or any other event of force majeure — Tanweer reserves the right to transfer the course to an online format. In such cases, no refund will be issued to participants who wish to withdraw solely on the grounds of the format change.

All content published by Tanweer Center is protected as follows:

◆  All course materials, videos, texts, presentations, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Tanweer Center.

◆  No content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, or shared in any form without prior written authorization from Tanweer.

◆  Quranic verses and Hadith referenced within course content remain in the public domain; however, they must be used with respect and within their proper scholarly context.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is:

◆  Respectful of Islamic values and the Ja'fari scholarly tradition

◆  Free from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive language toward instructors or fellow participants

◆  Fully compliant with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Tanweer reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any participant who violates these conduct standards. No refund will be issued in cases where termination results from a documented breach of conduct.

Tanweer Center handles all personal data in accordance with the following principles:

◆  Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of registration, communication, and course delivery.

◆  All data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

◆  Personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the individual concerned.

The following limitations of liability apply to all users and participants:

◆  Tanweer strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of all Islamic content presented. However, all courses are educational in nature and do not constitute formal religious rulings or legal opinions. Participants seeking official religious guidance are advised to consult a qualified and recognized scholar.

◆  Tanweer assumes no responsibility for technical interruptions, website downtime, or errors resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

◆  Tanweer is not liable for the content of any external websites or resources that may be referenced or linked within course materials.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bahraini courts.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms, the Arabic text shall prevail and be considered the authoritative version.

Tanweer reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Tanweer will endeavor to notify enrolled participants via email prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the website or enrollment in programs following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
